water

why is it that every time we get in the car my kids are so thirsty they are going to just die if they can't have water....one asks and it causes a chain reaction.... usually it's rae so i armed her up today with a sippy.... this odd issue has lead to some weird habits such as leaving a potty in the rear of the car... what goes in must come out.... and keeping a case of water on the floor board of the pasenger seat...so as usual before we even leave the street luke is so thirsty he asks for water 4 or 5 times... i reach down to grab a bottle and my hand hit the floor board... shoot...jess moved it probably in the house..... i don't think i've even shared this water thing with him.... i think he thinks i just forget to unload it....so i have nothing and Luke keeps asking frantic.... so i told him to ask rae for a sip of her cup and shockingly she just handed it to him "here lukey want some of mine" and as he gulped she told him with her fingers pushing on the cup "see lukey see the princess, right here lukey, a-rora, snow white, belle, 1, 2, 3 princesses, see lukey".... i thought he was going to throw the cup down... but he just smiled at her, handed it back, and said "thanks rae rae" this from the little boy who loves blue, red, dump trucks, race cars, and power rangers....luke takes part in no pink or princess loot.... he thinks you're offering him a ball of fire when you ask him to hold a pink crown or feather boa....and he never drinks from her girly cups.... but i guess we all grow up at some point.... progress

ok, so I'm not the only one! We can not leave the house without our Action Sports water bottle filled to the brim with ice cold
H2O!! And before we've even pulled out of the garage, Shelbi's pointing and screaming, "Mum...Mum..Mum!! Dee...dee...dee..!!". The chain reaction begins...
