...first of all i was pretty sure this day was going to blow chunks since that's what i woke up to rainbowing down to my pillow...from the little princess....apparently we brought a lovely souvenir home from Sea World...the flu! Looking back i should have opted for shamu number 18 to add to the collection, man hindsight is a bummer....however as i took this picture i found myself wondering why when i get the flu i don't want to put on high heels, and a tutu, find a sparky tank top in the laundry pile, insist it's the only thing to wear for the day, and then proceed to push my baby all over in a stroller until I'm too tired then....crash. Um...i'll take friends episodes and my pillow...thanks...mabye a trash can...it actually turned out to be a productive day...after the 5th sheet and night night dress she soaked and i washed, Zach and i put together a Star Wars lego thing that has been in a box since January...sorry buddy...but noah would have no part of the action...sulking that he had nobody to sword fight....why i ask? isn't it inviting and exhilarating to put together 216 little tiny pieces no bigger than an eyelash with visual instructions einstein would have thrown across the room...with the 4 year old, hey mom can i have this piece, hey mom you don't need this piece do you?, hey mom can i not read that and just make somthin' else, but zach ever enduring...just kept encouraging...wow mom you're a great piece finder....wow mom you're great at building this ship...my dream come true a lego expert...lord love them all....even when they love legos...

Oh that is so funny. I cured the lego battle though... I refused to put them together after the 1st attempt... and Christian figured it out for himself! Now he isn't really satisfied unless they have at least, oh, 500 pieces or so. I figure it's great training for architect or engineering school...One day he'll design and build us his first house. Then I can take the credit.. Lego training :)
