miss christine g this is for you...so zach's teacher sends home this folder every few weeks or so and it's filled with his work she's saving for one lucky mom to scrapbook as a keepsake for the kids...... hope that was clear....and no i'm not the lucky mom....and we are to review and praise the kids for their work and so on.....then we return the folder to school...and i like to be prepared before i look at things with the kids so as i'm reviewing zach's work i stumble across this and i'm sort of horrified at this one word it's just indecipherable.... here's the diagram of organized thoughts and post writing...... and i've zoomed on the word in question....and i look at the picture he drew for a clue and nothing....all this child ed training and i can't crack the code on this phonetic first grade writing...then blend of "sh" is killing me and to then add a "t", i know he doesn't know that word or at least he hasn't heard it from us.....jess has never cursed a day i've known him....no joke....it's true.... then "rob" is that robbery or robe? and then how does that tie to red? back to the picture....well the cannon sure helps!??? too worried about the word to address that...i see the bloon (balloon) nice baby...the ladebug (ladybug) ok not bad your 6.... i get stopsine, wagen, hart, but shtrobre.....it's such an unfortunate and misleading way to spell strawberry!!!! the apples finally clued me to the fruit theme....ahhh uv gota luv frst grad.....
