Tomorrow morning is the first prelim meet.... nothing like leaving at 5:30 am with 4 kids to get out the door...sigh... however, it's so worth it to see the boys in action! Here's Noah last weekend on vault. He was actually the only one on his team to stick the landing; he was so proud of himself! :) Video might be a little shaky...sorry. If these videos were quicker I'd upload all 12.
Here is Noah on rings...
Below; Zach on parrallel bars.... he has a strenth/flexibility move that is his alone.... in the beginning after his back uprise... I know in english right???.... watch for when he's parallel on the bars and swings to pike position over his head. He's holding that position by his shoulder muscles only.... and he pauses to show the judges that he can hold the position... now we'll focus on landing/sticking that massive drop!
Zach on rings... he also has a strength move that he alone can do... it's a back lever.... watch for when he's parrallel to the ground holding himself in the air for 2 seconds. Noah had this skill 2 years ago but lost it in his 15lb. gain/ 6 inch growth spurt. :) Zach was a little chewed at by the head coach for not sticking his landing. Hopefully tomorrow he will! :) The pressure is on little guy! ><>Phil 4:13<><
