i wish i could freeze time with these two. however, i'm inevitably curious as to what life holds for them. they are such a little duo these days...i'm amazed at their relationship... from the moment luke, at 2 years old shoved his hand in a door to save hers and painfully sacrificed his own little fingers, i knew she would be in good hands for the rest of her life... every mom needs a luke, i'm so glad god gave me mine instead of the little girl i so desperately thought i wanted back in early 2004. these last couple years i've reaffirmed over and over that he was placed ahead of her with purpose, design, and planning beyond my former 26 yr old comprehension. aagghhh i love these kids!

reflection
me."luke are you going to play guitar hero with us?" from way upstairs a high pitch voice... "llluuuuuuuukke, our movie is starting!!" luke (very cheerfully) running up the stairs. "no mom i think i'm going to watch a movie with rae rae. she reeeaaally wants me to."
god knows it was barbie something or other... hopefully one day she'll have a god loving gorgeous friend to let luke fall in love with and then pay back the debt for all his kind effort over the years!

Ahhh, they are so precious! Luke is quite the gentleman taking a door on the hand for his sister! She looks so cute dressed up for ballet. You have wonderful memories to look back on!
