...we brought in the new year with another block party... we had anticipated late arriving family whose driving was thwarted by the stinkin' foggy passage way...and an earlier 35 car pile up yikes!! better safe than sorry! we are grateful to our new friends that seem to have formed a sudo family on this little lane... Kansas, Nevada, Illinois, and yes our infamous not so small valley embedded town have all transplanted in different ways to complete a fantastic circle of friends... we are grateful for the numerous kids in this section of our neighborhood.... our kids played their hearts out and rang in the new year decorating toasting glasses and sipping sparkling cider... happy happy happy new year!!!
